Sorry about yesterdays everyone!  We have had a rough couple of days.  Grandson has had a chest cold and fever and the new little one had to be taken to Pgh. Children's Hospital with a  fever.  Gave him some liquids and released him late.  DD is going through the baby blues and this just added to her tears.  I've been taking on a lot of the load.

I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

I've upped my protein coffee and now I'm not hungry for most of the day.  I still can't stomach the flavored  protein shakes since I got sick.  One taste and I'm struggling to keep it down.  I think I have PTPDS.  Post traumatic protein drink syndrome.  I will keep trying periodically.

B:  2 protein coffee with 1/2 cup of 2% milk. 28 g
L:  Beijing beef 3 oz. 15 g
S:  cheese 2 oz. 6 ritz crackers. 14 g
D:  ?  Something high in protein!
S:  beef jerky  10 g. ( I put this in my out and about lunch box, but figured I should try it at home first)

Start weight 226. Surgery weight 218 on 1/6/12

LOL!!

If you find a treatment for that, be sure and let me know. I could use the help too!
