Maintenance is a constant learning experience for me. I am always learning. One thing that I have learned, is that I crave healthy food and I am actually cooking more than I ever have in my life. I cook up some meals on Sunday, so that I don't h ave to cook during the week. My meals are ready to go, which helps to keep me on track.
Working out after work, seems to help curb some of the late afternoon/evening snacking, but it is still a demon, so I have healthier things on hand to eat. I save some of my calories for the evening.

This week 101
Total change +1
It's funny, on my weekly weigh ins it doesn't show much difference but at the doctor's office it shows more of a difference. My weight during the week is usually about 102. My lowest recorded weight was 96.6 but I think that was a fluke. I pretty much stayed around 99 for a while, now I seem to stay mostly at 102 so I have put on at least 3 lbs. That doesn't seem like much but some of my smaller clothes are getting tighter. Mostly the girls sizes 12 and 14 so that doesn't bother me. I forgot how when you get to smaller clothes it doesn't take much to change sizes, even a few pounds will make a difference in clothing size. It doesn't really bother me because I kept my bigger clothes, up to about size 3, so I won't have to shop for more clothes. I planned on getting back into them so I didn't want to get rid of them.
I am pretty happy with how I am eating now and I can tell I can eat more at times. I have decided what my goal should be. When people stop asking me if I am sick then I will be at a good weight :)
