Lost 1 lb
I have to be happy with 1 lb., it just leaves me wanting more

I'm so afraid that my weight loss is over soon. Does everyone have that fear? My sister has only lost a couple of lbs. after her 6 month mark, is that to be expected? Even tho we malabsorb for up to 18 months is it possible to stop losing weight at 6 months?

Ever the eternal optimist, I think the warmer months are going to help me jump start this process again and I'll settle for a pound a week (although I'd prefer two!)

This week: 108.2 lbs
within my range of 108-110 lbs. As long as I stay in this range, I am a happy camper. My diet does vary, so I don't expect to remain at the same number everyday. Fluid shifts, sodium, and the moon all influence my weight on any given day. Maintenance is where the rubber meets the road. One must remain mindful. Logging food isn't for everyone, but it helps me to remain in my caloric range and to be more mindful and accountable for what I put into my mouth. I go over on some days, but it isn't an everyday occurrence. I constantly have to stop bringing some things into my house, if I can't control my eating. Amazing how that can change from week to week. Nighttime is the worst time.
