Still holding at 184, for several weeks now.  I think I can officially call this a stall.  Oh well, even though I know it is normal it is still a bummer.  I'm ok with it though.  This is a marathon not a sprint.  You guys have prepared me well for this.  Thanks!!

Tonya, all of a sudden that stall will break and Lord, watch out then. But even during a stall you can still lose inches.

I keep thinking I'm going to measure when I get changed next time, but keep forgetting.  Lol.  The snug pants I bought last week are not snug now.  So, I know I am losing inches!

No change for me.  I am still in the 156-158 range gaining and losing the same two pounds for the last month.  This morning I was 157.2.

I'm feeling a bit more optimistic than I have been.  I think I'm holding water this week because my boobs really hurt so maybe I'm lower than the scale says, but either way I'm working out (90mins of zumba yesterday) and eating well for the most part so I'll probably start going down again soon.

I haven't measured lately, I don't feel like I've lost inches but maybe I have a little bit.  Really expected this slowdown to happen later rather than sooner, but who knows, maybe I'll start speeding up at the six month mark just to be different!

I am upping my workouts and feeling stronger so it's not all bad news.

I stayed put in the 140's for what seemed to be ages...actually wasn't as long as I thought in actual weeks once I broke thru and stayed in the 130's...you will get there, just can take time to break the stall.
