Gas & Bloating
For some reason, after taking my chewable iron supplement, I started having what feels like gas discomfort and bloating. I can burp a little, but it's not enough to relieve the discomfort. I don't think it's an emergency to have to call my surgeon over it, but I really hate to think that I'll be uncomfortable all weekend. I've looked through my paperwork and cannot find anything on the topic. Is there anything I can take OTC?
Papaya enzyme helps with too much food or stuck food. It should work with a supplement too.

Every Dr is different but we didn't start vits for 2 weeks, then could do whole ones if we could. You should be able to take gax x and the strips are easy because they dissolve. I might just hold off on the iron for a little while and give your tummy longer to heal.
Other than that, walking is the best thing to get rid of gas. Gas seems to just be part of the whole surgery thing so welcome to one of the unpleasant parts.
