I buy the red box at walmart of indivi. packets.  You toss a packet in the mircrowave and nuke for 3 min, sprinkle with salt and garlic powder and enjoy.  Mine are in the shells.  My sister buys ones already shelled and uses them in salads which also sounds good.  They are a great snack for in the car cause you can eat them with one hand and they aren't messy.  I use to eat popcorn in the car on trips, now I try to have the edemama.

Great idea for me who doesn't cook.

Here's what I made for dinner.

3oz boneless skinless cooked chicken breast.
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
1tbsp Philadelphia Italian Herb cooking Sauce found in the cream cheese section

Toss together in a small bowl
Nuke for a minute
Stir
Enjoy
Very filling!

That sounds good Lee.  I will have to look for that Cooking Sauce.  I've never noticed it before.

I still can't do broccoli for some reason, but I could put it on something else or just do the chicken.

Pho Cheesy Potato/ Rice kinda thing

Break up a head of cauliflower in small pieces.  Steam until very soft. ( I do it in the microwave)  Drain

Put into cuisinart for mashed, or use hand mixer for more of a rice consistency

Add together with:

1-2 spoons sour cream
A little butter
A dash of milk
1 or 2 ounces very sharp white cheddar cheese ( or whatever you like)
Season to taste - I like sea salt

Mix to the consistency you like.  Makes around six servings for people like us.  :)

This is good when I want Mac and cheese.  It's super filling and quite a mouth party for very little carbs.

I love using cauliflower instead of potatoes, but have never tried this.  I usually have cauliflower in my refrigerator.  I might try this today!!

Hi Mandy of the most fabulous weight loss!

Don't go into this dish thinking Mac and Cheese because you may be disappointed.  If you go into it thinking cheesy yummy delishiousness you may be pleasantly happy.  I love this stuff. It's like the best comfort food I've found in the last two years.   :)
