I am 63 and RNY but got to goal over and over again, kept reseting. I am smaller than I ever imagined and leveled out around 1 yr. Everyone is different, just keep on keeping on and you will get there. It isn't a sprint, it is a marathon. Enjoy the ride.

Welcome, this is the best board on OH !! I had RNY 11/7/11, I lost 50 lbs preop and 61 lbs post op. I did develop a stricture and have had issues advancing from liquids/soft foods. Good luck on your journey !

Welcome!! Everyone is so wonderful here and truly helpful. I had my survey 12/27/11 I was 269 I'm 5'6 I lost 25lbs pre op and around 50 lbs post op. I'm also in somewhat of a lull but I am losing inches. The first 40 lbs literally melted away and I think now the real work begins. keel posting or checking on here these vets really know their stuff and are such help. Congrats on your sleeve!!!
