Here you go guys, my work is cut out for me. I wonder what she thinks she knows about getting a DSr's plate into shape?  Discuss.

From Dr. Elariny's new RD:

This is a reminder that support group will take place Tuesday March 6th, at 7pm in the Physician's Conference Center at Fairfax Hospital (across from the blue parking garage). I will bring a short presentation on "getting your plate into shape" - this year's theme for national nutrition month, which we will be celebrating in March. I also plan on bringing a survey to get to know everyone and gauge people's interests to get ideas for future support group meetings. I look forward to meeting everyone next week.

Thanks!
Cameron

 Hi Gina,
I am lookng forward to a full report!!!
Its so entertaining to see the differences in Nuts and their ideas for managing D.S. nutrition. I see mine today, at my 6 month exam, along with the PA, and sports physiologist. I'll keep you posted too.

LOL - Gina, I sure hope she knows what a DS is!!  Maybe she is trainable.

I know I can't wait until August(my 3 year appointment) so I can talk about protein drinks some more.....  I wonder after how many years she will give up and agree that it is ok for me to drink 3 protein drinks a day instead of eating crap all day.

Atleast she is interested in what you would like to talk about in future meetings(maybe).

I haven't seen my Nut since my 9 month visit but may see if I can when I do my 18 month, just for kicks.  She was ok with my drinks and everything before so we may have to see what she says this time.

Can't wait to see what she thinks your plate should look like?  Wonder if she will have the same plate for each surgery????
