Your menu looks really good. It is raining here today and so gloomy outside. I am freezing today for some reason. My blood pressure was 94/60 this morning at the doctors office!! She told me to add a little salt to my diet and they would bring it up some. I have been eating chili and soup that both have canned veggies in them and lots of sodium(ofcourse I drained and rinsed them).
Here is the plan for today:
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Vegetable Beef Soup, 1/2 corn bread muffin
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Deep Dish Pizza(Chicken/cheese crust)
S: Graham Cracker w/ Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
S: Decaf Coffee
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 105 ozs
Miles: 2 mile walk

That is really a low BP. Have you been feeling dizzy? When DH's got low he felt dizzy all day.
So, did you blend the chicken and cheese or just cut it up small? Did you use sauce. I don't really like pizza sauce. Would it be too dry without?
Good Menu!

I have been feeling dizzy. I had fluid on my ears a couple of weeks ago and I thought I still did because I am still a little dizzy but she said I didn't - so it must be the low blood pressure. She told me to add some salt to my food.
I blended the chicken and cheese until it was minced like. I don't think cutting it up small would work because it needs to be kind of like bread crumb consistency. I think it would be dry if you didn't put the sauce on it.
I am doing another recipe I found online tonight. You might like it better and it seemed pretty easy. I'll let you know how it goes.

Let me know about the other recipe. That one looked really good.
