Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I am off work every other monday which I love. I have cube steak in the crockpot and a good book to read. Been feeling VERY unmotivated to work out so may take a run/walk through the neighborhood. One more load of laundry to do too.
Have a tough meeting at work on Wednesday....trying to not worry about that.

Hopefully either walk or go to Zumba this afternoon. I signed up for a 5K March 10th, but if I don't do something between now and then - I will just be walking it....
Doctors appointment this morning. Yeah!! My cholesterol was 187 without the medicine for the last 3 months. Liver enzymes are continuing to decrease so maybe the Crestor was the culprit. I have not keyed the results into my spread sheet so I don't know if there are any other ups and downs I need to worry about right now I will have to do that tonight.

Got to watch the baby while everyone else took a nap but I didn't mind at all. He is such a good
baby.
Avoided all bad sweets and carbs all weekend. Starting on week #2.
