12.5 pounds to get back to my usual weight that I maintained for over two years. Then 15 pounds to my personal goal. My ticker reflects this last 30 pounds to the personal goal. Kind of my back on track ticker.

I thought I was going to at least stay the same this week.  I've been feeling snacky lately.  Tried sunflower seeds but I didn't really care for them so I have been eating some nuts, as well as sugar free candy, but of course the sugar alcohol doesn't agree with me.  I wish there was a sugar free candy that didn't have sugar alcohol.
I have been having sugar free protein pudding but for some reason I started dumping on it.  How does that work?  I've been eating it for months with no problem and now it makes me dump.  I started making it with the cook and serve sugar free pudding.  Why would that make me dump when the instant didn't?  It didn't make me dump for weeks after I started making it and then it turned on me.  And I know I can stop eating it for a few months and when I try it again I won't dump.  I didn't dump for months and was feeling good about it, like maybe I figured out the magic combination.  I miss my pyloric valve sometimes.
I found the same thing with protein shakes and protein hot drinks.  I can have them for months with no problem and then all of the sudden I get sick with them.  So far the only one I haven't had a problem with is my protein decaf in the morning.

Took a peek this morning and was at 216.2, I think I broke my mini stall. My body needed it but now back to weight loss!
