In my happy zone. I think the loss is due to the steriods reducing the inflamation in my knee and leg.

Loss: 3 lbs.
I'm very happy about my weight loss this week but also very confused. I can't figure out why I'll lose .5 lbs a couple of weeks in a row then maybe 2 or 3lbs when my menu or exercise is the same. Because if I could figure it out I'd want to lose the 2 or 3 lbs every week. You would think it was because of carbs but I limit myself to 5 crackers a day pretty much everyday. Any ideas? Or do you think it's just my body adjusting?

Most of the week, I was around 109. something and yesterday, I was 110.2 lbs. I did kick up the exercise this past week, so I think it helped me to get into my usual zone. For me, up or down a pound seems to be the norm. I think I might have been up due to less exercise. My shoulder is doing much better, so I am able to do more.
