Just ate it. Unfortunately, the chicken I used, grilled chicken breast, was too salty and I couldn't get past the taste. I knew the chicken was salty but I was hoping that if I didn't add any salt to the recipe and mixed with the cheese it would be ok.
Oh well, the dogs get a nice snack.

That's such a bummer! Sorry it didn't turn out well for you.
I've got some really dry overcooked turkey breasts in the freezer that are pretty tasteless so I was thinking of using them instead of the chicken.
I find that I'm really sensitive to salt now, I really can't stand the taste of food that's too salty.
