I finally made a trip to Walmart to get a can of NSA cherry pie filling for my FAGE.   I'm going to try freezing the cherries in little containers because I end up throwing so much of it away.

Good Menu!

Hi Kids,

I'm on a home made lemonade kick right now. The lemon tree is just so pregnant with ripe lemons. the juice of half a lemon and some splenda in a tall glass of ice water. I'm not putting that on my menu because I doubt it makes a difference.

MENU:
B: green tea
S: protein shake (35-45)
L: Taco sans shell (10)
S: protein shake (35-45)
D: dreamfields penne with cheese and broccoli (5)

I love lemonade but boy does it give me heartburn.  It's not as bad as it was before surgery but it's still there.

LOL....Get some Epson Salts and soak for awhile.

Good Menu!

The lemonade is pretty yummy.

I used to have heartburn really bad, then a funny thing happened. I decided to ditch my proton pump inhibitor in favor of bone health (PPI's linked to osteoporisis, etc., etc.). A few bad days of adjustment and wham! No more heartburn. It's really rare now and if something I eat gives it to me, water puts out the fire. I am truly blessed. I thought that since I had it for over two years post op (never pre-op) it was just part of the package deal I signed up for.

I'm sorry you have it. I'll drink extra lemonade for you. :)

I'd love to soak, but if I could get myself down into the tub, I'm pretty sure I couldn't lift myself back out for another couple days yet. LOL

And I agreed to go again next week!

Syntrax Matrix Mint cookie Protein.  I really like it and I use it for my Breakfast Protein Drink.  It is minty and refreshing but it does have some carbs in it. They sell it on most of the Protein sites.

Good Total!

I'm not talented enough to decorate a Birthday Cake and I know after last weekend baking and icing DH's cake it is a no no for me. (Just when you think you have control you get knocked down) We have a lady who makes all of our cakes. She is amazing! ENJOY!!!!!

I love the grilled cheese at Sonic. That is always a safe food for me if I'm worried about what to order.

Good Menu!!!
