It's only been since Monday and I can already tell the difference in my tummy and pants....YEAH!

Baby is sleeping really well. Jennifer wakes him every 3 hours to feed him. So far I have barely heard him cry but he makes the craziest whistling face with his mouth.

Good Menu!

I had a slice of white bread today!  Uh oh.  But you know what?  I don't care!   It's rare and I'd ran out of my flax healthy bread and it was worth it because the lunch was deelishus!  Well satisfied and not looking for anything else.

 So let's see...

Miles: 15 mins on an elliptical (my first time)
30 mins of hard and I mean HARD strength training with my P.T.

(does shopping and trying on lots of new smaller clothes count as miles? )

Menu

Jay Robb Protein, one coffee and a cheese stick

lunch:  black pudding (don't ask) slice of white bread, 3/4 T light butter, egg

dinner 4 oz super lean pork, lightly breaded and pan fried with olive oil and a side vegetable as yet to be determined.

evening snack:  2nd protein shake.

83g protein, 900 cals

You are right 1 slice of bread isn't that big of a deal occasionally, but when it gets to be a weekly thing and then a daily thing that's when you start having problems.

OK...what is black pudding?

Well, ...I think you call it blood pudding over here because it's basically a type of sausage that is bound with pig's blood.  Sounds gross, but tatstes great and I had this lurking in the freezer from the UK food shop.

The recipes (and taste) can vary a lot.  It's not as good as what I get from the butcher's in my home town, but it does the job.
