So glad you are feeling better.

I totally understand about being hydrated on mission trips. It's a tough one because you never know when you are going to have a good safe bathroom around.
I wake up early so I can get 2-3 cups of water in before my day even starts and then drink the same when I return at night. But during the day it is difficult but that is why we have a measured bottle of water with us so we know how much we are drinking.

Keep up the good drinking and enjoy those small meals! You'll be on your next mission trip in no time

I also find that if I get dehydrated, then I cannot tolerate any food.  I often have to drink rehydration salts if I'm exercising a lot.
