Good Morning. How do you stay accountable and to whom?
I'm not big on having other people police me. So I hold myself accountable directly by weighing myself every day and logging my food every day (though I hope some day not to have to do that).
I hold myself indirectly accountable by being very visible in the WLS community. That way, if I gain 10, 20, 50+ pounds, everyone's going to know about it eventually.

Hi,
I am holding myself accountable, although my husband is very supportive and offers "guidance" if he sees I'm not eating enough, or too much.
I log my food every day on myfitnesspal.com and Weigh****chers site.
I also come here to read and post sometimes on Roz's M&M. This site is great for support and education.
Also, not sure what community, but usually my name is either, basketsbears, or lynn5707. Please add me!

I've never been good about posting but I just earned a motivator badge from LoseIt.com because I have posted every day for 4 weeks. That's a record for me.
Hubby is still an enabler, though he tries to be supportive.
My morning and evening vits are easy because they are by my bedside but I have definitely slacked off on my midday calcium and vit D. I have them in individually marked pill boxes to go in my purse daily, but need a better system to remember to actually put them in my purse!
