I'm not suprosed about anything food manufactirerers do/say. In reading "Wheat Belly",I have learned that todays wheat has been genetically modfied,starting in the 70's,very hush-hush,to make us crave more of it. That is there way of making sure we all keep buying more and more and more. Actuall,re bred and hybridized with more of the gens for addiction to the grain getting stronger and stronger.
I wwill be doin some postings on the book soo.
DH and I started the eating plan in a modified way this week,but after grocery shopping this week,we will go full bore.I;ll keep you up to date on the progress.
