Hello WL Friends...

I have a major incisional hernia going on and I was just wondering since all the exercise Im doing is walking, would it be ok to do water aquatics in lieu of a cardio workout?  Waiting to hear from specialist for a follow-up appt from the tests I had done recently...I would like to lose another 10lbs before a hernia repair is needed.  Thank you for your imput...it is appreciated!!

i guess I would ask someone medical for sure but if it doesn't hurt you just moving on land, it should be fine in water areobics.  Just my thought, not medical advice.
