WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Monday!  DD's teams were awesome again yesterday and thank goodness this is her last competition before the baby arrives on Friday.  She works until 9:30 Thursday night and then off to the hospital.  She is totally worn out.  I've been trying to talk her into not working this week but she won't hear it.  She is taking next week off but I don't think resting is in the plan.

Glad the girls did well.  Moms these days do seem to work right up to delivery but we know how much rest she is going to get after delivery so a day or two rest before would be nice.

Been working all morning getting ready to do staff training this evening.  Wanted to get it done before my knee thing on Wed, not knowing how long it will put me out of commission again.  Farrier comes at 3 to pull Chili's other shoe, the one he didn't lose Sunday.  We will leave him barefooted for a month and see how he is then.  Hopefully, he will be ready to go back to work when I am.

Meals
decaf protein coffee  35g
eggbeaters, cheese, low carb wrap made into cinnamon toast
cooked cabbage, leftover pot roast
lemon tea or protein hot chocolate, depending on how cold I am
???
???, brocalli
protein drink

My DD's DH is working from home today so she can get some rest.  Like you she is trying to squeeze a 100 things into a few short days.

Praying that everything goes well tomorrow Price.  I hope this is going to speed up your recovery.

Good Menu!

Hello kids!

I hope everybody is having a fabulous Monday. I find all Mondays to be fab when I don't have to work, but alas this is a temporary situation. sigh.

Yesterday's eat-whatever-I-want-for-dinner-cuz-the-scale's-not-moving-anyway didn't work out as planned. I was dreaming up what delights I might choose for dinner when I fell asleep. By the time I woke up, it was too late to eat. I had a protein shake and called it a night.

This afternoon I have to go deal with grumpy old mother again, so I'm thinking it's going to be a xanax day at some point.

When I asked my dr to prescribe them, he enquired about my anxiety.
Dr: Do you have panic attacks?
Me: No.
DR: Do you feel anxious often?
Me: No, only when I have to deal with my mother.
DR: So you want me to have the pharmacist write on the bottle "take one 20 minutes before seeing your mother?" LOLOLOLOL  YES! (it doesn't say that.)

MENU:
B: 2 ounces trop 50 with iron supplements
S: green tea with half and half (1)
S: protein shake (35-40)
L: vegetable beef soup (I think)
S: protein shake (35-40)
D: tbd Maybe just another protein shake
S: tbd Maybe popcorn

Vitamins:
Vitalady's DS schedule - on track so far

MILES:
If it's not raining tonight, long walk.
