Woke up to Alot of Beautiful White Snow this Morning. I just sent DSIL to the grocery store because the cupboards are bare. It's days like this that I wish I had a fireplace to curl up in front of and read a book but I guess my nice cozy bed is going to have to do.
My goal is to stay out of the kitchen today......so far I've failed at it!!
I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!
Breakfast: High Fiber Oatmeal....All the snow made me do it...honest!

Looking at your menu you are doing everything right. It the scales continue to stand still then add one more protein drink in for about 3 days and then drop back down. That might get the scales moving again.

Do you buy the plain pistachios? They brought some Peppered ones to work and they were so good. I didn't look at the label but I'm guessing they aren't as good for us???
