Chrio this morning, last one before my knee procedure next week. I have been to some kind of medical appt 4-5x a week for the last 5 weeks. it will start right back up while we do "intensive therapy" after the procedure but I am happy to have a few days off.

I can't imagine having to go to all of those appts.  I feel so bad for you.  I'm sure you were hoping for a quick recovery after surgery and now you have to go through it again.

Hi Roz,
Evidently, I'm having a bad day eating today.  I don't know what happened to me.  I'm trying to regroup now and have a better afternoon/night.  This predisone has got me so wired up.  I'm glad I only have 3 more days.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Lunchable pizza - I think this started my problem - it did nothing to fill my pouch
     Hamburger patty, cheese
     1/2 chocolate chip cookie

I've heard that some people gain wait when they are on predisone...maybe it's because it makes you hungryl.
