I actually SAW 132.6 this week but my weight today is 133.2 , same as last week...net gain/loss = zero.

Also, for those who are interested...there is a new weight loss surgery forum (LOTS of vets there): Weight Loss Surgery

Net Loss: 4 Lbs!!

But...the doc is getting a little concerned - my weight loss should be slowing down now. I'm very near his goal, and only 25 lbs from my "dream goal". So I'm trying to get more food in. I never envisioned saying that I cant eat enough!!!

Eliza, is his goal within a normal BMI??? And what does your PCP say about where to be? As long as you don't go below the normal range of a BMI for your height, I would not worry about slowing down right now UNLESS YOU feel like you should.

I agree with Liz, I think Dr G is pushing the panic button too soon. Don't change anything unless you're into normal BMI range and you're still losing 4 pounds a month.

Two weeks ago I was 166.4
Yesterday before my TOM started 163

I didnt weigh in last Sunday since I was at my aunts house, and I only weigh on my scale. I wi**** was more, this slowing down is frustrating. But hey Im still losing. Also I am in size 10 jeans as of this week, and Medium shirts. So that makes me so happy. I feel normal with those sizes, I never thought I could be here since I never even was in High School. Now I just wish I could see the big changes in the mirror. I see reflections in windows and still can believe that is me, Ive always been the big one, now Im wearing about the same sizes as everyone else I know.

I hope you all have a great week leading up to Christmas. Im missing my husband, and I wish he could be here to see our daughter open up everything we are spoiling her with. It just wont be the same with him watching on Skype.
