WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

I got so much done yesterday!  One more wee****il Christmas!!!!   

Do you have snow this morning? My DGS saw the snow this morning and wanted to go sled riding.  I told him as soon as all of the grass is covered and he was so excited. 


How's your eating while you are busy preparing for the holidays?  I'm doing great plus all of the extra walking feels wonderful!  As soon as all of the presents are wrapped and piled up I'm going to start walking around the basement again.

It's pretty but cold here.  I've been pretty good about my exercises, should start Out patient PT tomorrow.  Cleaning lady came today and it sure is good to have a clean house.  Got the tree up yesterday and it is acceptable.  I need to make my way out to the garden to pick kale for supper.  A friend's daughter is coming to spend the night on her way through the area.  Glad she is a healthy eater and I can do fish and kale.

Hi Roz,
I did so good up until this afternoon - then I went CRAZY!!!  So crazy that it knocked me out and I slept for 1 1/2 hours.....  I don't know what happened other than I got cookies and candies from some of my kids at Sunday School and I got started on it and couldn't quit....
