WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Busy Saturday....How about you?  Nails done, hair cut and colored, and finishing up my shopping.  I'm hoping to start wrapping tomorrow.  DH is feeling better.  I just made him some oatmeal and he is hungry for steak....I guess that's a good sign...LOL

Going to get a christmas tree today, and it just started to snow! Maybe it will help give me a little holiday spirit! Need to get better about tracking to get these last pounds off! Getting a little lazy.

Hi Roz and everyone!

I'm travelling with my husband this weekend so out of my normal routine. Yesterday i killed time at the mall and walked about 5 hours!!!

Anyway, even though i've been getting in 80-110 of protein, i have been eating mainly chips here and there.

B. ham and eggs
L. Chips
D chicken ceasar salad and chili
S isopure protein 40 gm

Taking all vitamins. Exercised on treadmill 30 minutes.

Only 14.4# till goal!!!

Hi Roz,
I had a very busy day yesterday.  I picked up DD at 7:30am and we went shopping.  We got back and I picked up DGD#2 around 5pm.  She came and spent the night with us.  DGD#1 was suppose to come, but she got a stomach virus and couldn't come.  She is much better today.  DGD and I were in the bed by 9:15pm last night - I think we were both worn out.  She is spending the day with us today while her mom and dad shop and go to a Christmas party tonight.
I need to wrap what I got yesterday and I'll be through!! 
Glad your DH is feeling better.

Glad DH is better.  I've had a pretty lazy day after all my stuff yesterday.  I have figured out I can do my knee stretch from the exercise ball sitting at the computer so maybe I will do them more often. 
The guys are getting the tree up and decorated, usually my job but I am trying to not get in the way and let them do it.

I finally got some of the Syntraz Mint cookie and now I see why ya'll were raving about it.  I think it will be my favorite coffee protein yet.

Hi Roz!  Hope your day was good.

I've been having a lot of pouch issues and am very careful with what I eat.  Went to the Dr for it yesterday and he's going to schedule an endoscopy. 

B - 1 protein coffee
L - Bob Evans Pot Roast Hash (ate 1/2 biscuit, the meat and eggs and few of the potatoes)
D - going to a party.  We're finding something here to eat first because its basically soup and chocolate.. then he can snack and I will if there's any meat stuff.

Vits:  yes
WAter:  low

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

The kid is gone for the night and I was looking forward to spending some time with my boyfriend and he called and said he was working late and was tired so I am disappointed.
Also having a hard time with the quitting.  Haven't smoked and don't plan to, I just wi**** would get easier already.
