still having terrible menus. feel terrible today. think all my surgeries are catching up with me. not enough protein,too many carbs ,not enough fluids,no vitamins for a month nearly.  will be glad to get back on track with the vits after the 28th dec when I have my last leg vein procedure. Getting back on track now with the protein,less carbs and more fluids

You can do this Holly.  Do you get your totals from a menu site?  On fitday.com they tell you what percentage your Protein, Carbs, and Fats are.  You should try to be at 50% Protein and 25% for carbs and fat.

I do use a tracker,the OH one actually and it does tell the % i am eating. I will check it more carefully and try to get it back in that range..Thanks.

I am finally off all the cumiden and can do my vits and eat what I want to again.  I have so missed my greens.  I, too, got really lazy with carbs when I just needed easy fuel.  And since I was still losing it didn't seem to be making a difference.  But this week the scale has been up again so I know it is time to get back on plan.  I didn't like being 112 but I don't want to be 117 either.  Back to finding a happy balance.  We can do it together.

I AM BOUNCING BETWEEN 148 AND 153 which is typical for water weight for me.

I am definitely ready to get back on track...glad to be on board with you,Price.

Thanks Gina!!  I had a crazy morning...DH still has the flu and someone drank his ginger ale during the night so I had to run and buy him more, called the Dr. for some nausea meds, dropped off DD so she could work for an hour, took the grandbabies to the bus stop,  picked up dry cleaning and then back to pick DD up so we could go shopping.

We had a successful day.  DD didn't want clothes because she was pregnant but since she is having the D&C on Monday she decided she needed new jeans.  It was nice just being with one DD for the afternoon.  Finished up almost all of my shopping.  Now I'm home and I need to get off of the computer and baby DH or awhile.
