Congrats on your Weight Loss!!!   You need a signature Gold Apple for those 100 lbs.!!!!

Sorry you are feeling down!  I'd say that you body is just resting. A 100 ppoud loss is something awesome to celebrate so don't worry so much about the last 10.  If your body feels you aren't at goal yet it will come off eventually if you stay on Program.  When I was working on my last 10 I added in a couple more Protein drinks and lowered my carb intake.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

Wow 100 pounds in 10 months is great!!  Congratulations.

I bet your body just needs a break and is resting now.  You might want to change things up a little - add something good to your food and get your calories up a little and then drop back down(not bad carbs or sugar).

It is a very emotional journey.  Hope you have a great Christmas and holiday season.

All I can do is agree with Roz and Linda. Hang in there - once the stress is over and your body has gotten its rest, then you can think about those 10 pounds. Right now, think about the awesome present you've given yourself by being able to do so much more than you could a year ago.

100lbs is wonderful.  Don't get discouraged.  I really slowed down at 5 months until I raised my protein to over 100g and lowered my carbs to around 30.  Then it picked back up and I ended up lower than I ever dreamed possible.  I think you just keep on keeping on and let it happen.

If you have any questions about your diet, you may want to post on Miles and Menus and see if the veterans have any input.

I'm just over 10 months out too and have been stuck pretty much in the same place since Sept. I'm about 10-15 lbs over where I wanted to be but still at a good weight so if this is where I land, I land.

Follow Price's suggestion but don't get hung up on a number...yet...you are still in your honeymoon period.
