Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Enjoy your Tuesday!  Have to do A/P today...busy...busy...busy...at least for a few hours.  Today's Menu is the same as yesterday except for Dinner....I'm such a boring person but super happy with my Pouch!

Off to a great start today:

Breakfast: Egg Mug with Bacon and Swiss (20 grams of protein)
Snack: Syntrax Nectar: Pink Grapefruit (just got new samples from Vitalady!) (34 grams of protein)
Lunch: Tuna (18 grams of protein)
Snack: Laughing Cow Wedge with 8 Wheat Thins (10 grams of protein)
Dinner: Chicken made in the Crock Pot (30 grams of protein for 3.5 ounces)

I'm glad to see you got your Protein Samples.  It's really hard to get all of your Protein from food and not over eat. 

Were you able to eat 3.5 oz. of chcken in one setting?

Got a meeting today and I am ready to leave when my ride comes.

decaf protein coffee
cheese grits
fuzzy navel
hamburger
protein bar
peanut butter
chicken, brocalli
protein drink

got to the meeting and home. Worn out. My endurance is nothing these days. Took a short nap in the chair and feel like I can at least cook supper.

Hi Roz,
I stayed out of the cookies and treats yesterday!!  I do feel so much better.  I am a very boring person myself, I could just copy and paste my menu probably everyday this week.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1 cup vegetable beef soup(very little broth)
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Apple - didn't eat it yesterday
D:  1 cup chili w/ cheese
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  1 graham cracker w/ 1 tblsp. reduced fat peanut butter

Vitamins:  Morning done
Water/Fluids:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None today - meeting this afternoon

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

BMI - 24 or so

I've often said if we didn';t eat wild stuff when I was growing up, we would have starved.  but I have never had beaver.  Possium, coon, squirrel, gator, frog legs, etc.  Maybe it is because I grew up in Fla.
