Snack: Laughing Cow Wedge with 8 Wheat Thins (10 grams of protein)
Dinner: Chicken made in the Crock Pot (30 grams of protein for 3.5 ounces)

I stayed out of the cookies and treats yesterday!! I do feel so much better. I am a very boring person myself, I could just copy and paste my menu probably everyday this week.
