Suggestions about vitamins....
I started my vitamin regimine a couple of weeks ago and I'm having a hard time. I have the Opurity chewable MVI from Unjury and they taste terrible !! For calcium I have the citracal petites and they seem to get "stuck" and I have to take them 2 tabs 3x/day. I love my B12 it's the Sublingual cherry from nature's bounty. I love the way the raspberry chews taste, but they are expensive. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I use the CVS brand of Centrum Silver chewable. I think they taste better than the centrum. I don't need iron so I use the silver. They have BOGO very frequenly so they are cheap if you stock up when they are on sale.

fruity but I wouldn't say any particular flavor like cherry or orange.

I also take the Centrum Silvers. Unfortunately, we don't have CVS here or I'd try their brand.
Bariatric Advantage also has other chewables that taste pretty good. I like the watermelon.
I try to get as many chewables and sublinguals as I can, cause pills get stuck with me too.
I like the chewy BA iron, but like you said, they can get expensive. BA also has some others that are lozenges - you can either chew or let them "melt".
Some of the flavors may be a little strong for you early out - I know my taste buds changed dramaticaly, but have gone back to "normal" now. Unfortunately it can be a "trial and error" thing.

Some days its still hard to get those citricals down, but applesauce seems to help slid them right down for me.
Celebrate grape chewable mvi is still a favorite of mine. Also the cocoa flavored calcium chewable froms celebrate also.
Good luck, it is rough in the beginning, but it gets easier.

there are cheap and delicious striped looking calcium chewables available .... they taste GREAT . Carb counting wise theyre not so great but U dont have to worry about that yet if ever ....
i love sunkist chewables ( C) in ANY flavor theyre all amazingly tasty
i personally am a HUGELY taste motivated person and i notice I will take my Flintstones sours kids vitamins EVERY day ...
but will " forget " something that tastes bad six days out of seven .
Calcium pills are a big issue for me this way because there is no reward ...
the biggest problem I find being taste motivated is finding ENOUGH of the " good " vitamins fora constant supply .... ( the shelves tend to be BARE when itcomes to the good -tasting ones ) and the expense ...
well whats a GRRL to do ? its either pay for vitamins or pay the doctors ... ( and feel like garbage)

People here don't like the kids vitamins and flintstones have a pretty bad name .... but I'm working on three years post op and so far my labs are perfect . But I DO eat a very high quality diet .. EVERY day ... and also take a lot of extra supplemental vitamins and minor minerals ( like iron and zinc ) when i remember to ...
