Good Morning. Vitamin and Protein Roll Call

Are you on track with your vitamins and protein?

Yes!  I only struggle to remember which days to NOT take my Proferrin. They are an every other day thing.

Protein is normally at 120 grams a day in the form of shakes...dense protein is just extra and I have no idea how much I absorb or digest properly anyway.

Morning Gina.

I do good with my vitamins and protein.  I do much better when I'm working and on my everyday schedule.  I noticed yesterday when I was off and had to do different things that I got way behind because I let the time get away from me.  I was caught up by the end of the day though!!

Do you have a pill box for the week.  When I used to take something everyother day I went ahead and put it in my pill box for the week and then reloaded on the last day so I could remember which day I had it.  I could never remember otherwise....

My ALT(SGOT) & AST(SGPT) is way up again.  ALT 132 should be 0 - 40.  AST 55 should be 0 - 40.  She took me totally off any cholesterol medicine.  I am taking the milk thistle.  Had to call my surgeon and fax him a copy.  He is suppose to look at them and let me know today what he things.  She has already ran all kinds of blood test and had a liver ultra sound - everything was fine.  Any ideas??

I pretty much stay on track with vitamins and gpfluids are not a problem. I fix my vits a month wt a time, I haven't had time this week to do them, so I had to pull my morning batch individually.

Good Morning!

I'm better with everything on the weekend.  At work I have all my vitamin bottles and a tea bag plate that I put them all on.  I know that they need to be gone when I leave the office in the evening.  I'm least good with my plain water consumption, though I do get in a lot of fluids.

Next Thursday I'll be on a flight to Mexico for my plastic surgery.  I need to take all of my vitamins and meds in the bottles that they come in so that I won't have difficulty in customs.  Then I'll be in a scramble to put them in containers.  I have a friend going with me for the two weeks so she'll help me keep it all organized and on track.

I'm trying to get in more than 100 grams of protein right now and it's difficult.  I'm good with one shake a day but need to start doing at least 2 -3 beginning today.  I always think of you and Roz when I look at the shake canisters!!

Me.  Still can't do all my vits because of the coumden but protein is around 140-160 a day to help with the healing.
