Quite a suprise around my house..
We were told that there was "no chance" we could conceive naturally... we went through extensive infertility treatments for male and female factors to be able to conceive my now 5 yr old and twin 4 yr olds... We were sure we were DONE, got rid of our baby gear.. well apparently at the ripe old age of 42 that is no longer the case! LOL I am still pretty much in shock but we are verry happy... we thought we were all done but the universe had other plans... I figure this little soul wants to be here alot to make it through the obstacles they had to to grow here :-) I am a bit over a yr out from my sleeve and my wt has been pretty stable for the past 4 months... actually I started losing again because of morning sickness... but I am being followed at kaiser by perinatal bariatric specialists. What a kick! My kids are ecstatic.... they keep kissing my tummy and talking to the baby... kinda funny cuz 2 months ago I had such contempt for my belly (all the extra skin) and now my kids are kissing it.... kinda puts it into perspective!Anyway, just wanted to let you all know! :-) Amy
