I've had 3 home health appointments so far today with one more coming so I have been busy even being recouping.

Today has been better than yesterday but PT is the last appointment and that wasn't fun yesterday.

meals
decaf protein coffee
grits, steak
lemon tea
muffin meatloaf
protein bar
beef veggie soup
protein shake

should be about 170 protein, around 1100-1200 calories but I am too uncomfortable sitting at the computer to input in into the tracker.

Price...I'm sorry I haven't written since your surgery.  I'm glad you are doing well.  My DD broke her femur when she was young and she still cringes when she thinks of PT.

Sounds good Price!

Welcome aboard!

We say we start this journey with less than 150 pounds to lose, so we're categorized as lightweights but we really don't get hung up on numbers. If you like it here, welcome!

Welcome to the lightweight board.

What kind of tweaking did you have done?  Just curious.

Try posting your meals on here and we all look at what each other have and if anyone has suggestions for you they will post them.  It also helps with accountability.

Do you exercise?  Protein first?  Drink with your meals?  Those are just a few things I can think of that could help or hinder your progress.

Good luck, you can do this!!

Yes I exercise,  yes always protein, must admit I sometimes drink too soon after a meal
Tweaking consisted of making the openings in and out of the pouch smaller, making the pouch smaller and removing the remaining stomach.  I was not at all hungry for about 2-3 weeks post surgery but now I am back to where I was prior to tweaking
I still have no regrets and I  WILL get control of this
Thank you for your reply to me

Welcome to the LW's and Menus and Miles!!   It sounds like you have taken control and are on your way to losing the rest of your weight!

Do you drink Protein drinks or do you try to get your protein through food.  Most of us use a least a couple of Protein drinks during the day.
