WOW...It's great to be back at work and back to my routine!! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and a successful shopping experience. I'm hoping to catch up on some of the posts this afternoon.

I had a hard time getting up and going this morning. I'm actually glad to be back at work and in my routine also. When you catch up on posts, be sure to read my Thursday Menus & Miles about losing my Mom when we went shopping!
Here is the plan for today.

S: Decaf Coffee
S; Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Pork Chop, mixed vegetables
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: Greek yogurt or Carbmaster Yogurt - if I eat a snack
D: Ham & Eggs

Vitamins: Morning done
Water/Fluids: 55 ozs so far
Miles: Zumba this afternoon
