Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

We had a great day shopping yesterday and just getting ready to start agian today.  I really enjoy being with my girls.

I was down 2 lbs. today....I was worried about having too much salt but I must have done good!

Hi Roz!!  I went Black Friday shopping with my daughter and Tom's daughter.  Was a good night.  My credit card didn't get hit very hard, but Oh man Tom's did!!  LOL

Just not hungry today.  Everything I can do just to get some fluids in.  I know... I'm missing protein drink.  Maybe a hot chocolate later!

Getting packed to leave again tomorrow for a week.  Should be the last trip before the holidays.


B - a few pieces of bacon
L - 3 chicken wings and some pistachios
D - prime rib and mashed cauliflower.  Here's how we did it:
 
steam 1 head of cauliflower until soft (about 10 minutes) - take out and pat dry with paper towel
Mix 2 oz of nonfat greek yogurt in food processor until smooth (or consistency you want). Add more if you need it. 
Add some garlic (to taste)
salt and pepper

next time I'm going to add shredded cheese. You can pretty much do anything you want with this to get different tastes.

I messed up with mine though, I accidentally put HORSERADISH in it instead of GARLIC.  Darn jars look alike in the fridge!!   I HATE horseradish!! LOL... covered it up with garlic and more salt and pepper!

I got alot done today - no shopping.  House is ready for my side of the families Christmas next weekend.
