WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!   Going shopping with DD's today.   I couldn't lay in bed any longer so I'm going local until they get up and moving....don't they understand the bargins will be gone....LOL!!!!   Enjoy your weekend!!

Hi Roz,
I shopped til I dropped last night and today.  DH and I got up at 2am to be at Belk's at 2:30 this morning.  Got several great deals.  Then went to Walmart.  Went back to bed for a little while and then went to Columbus with DD, DIL and my mother.  The last thing my daddy told me was not to lose my mom,  She doesn't like to walk alot and tends to just sit and watch people.  We shopped and then went in Babies R Us and Toys R Us.  Mom told DD that she was going to go sit at the meeting place which we thought was a bench outside.  When we checked out we couldn't find her - rode up and down the outside mall, I got almost hysterical.  I just knew she had gotten disoriented and was somewhere else or was sitting in a coffee shop drinking coffee with no concept of time(she is like that).  She doesn't have a cell phone.  We searched for 1 1/2 hours for her even had the mall security looking for her.  Finally she came out of Toys R Us and said she had been sitting at the check out waiting on us and thought it sure was taking us a long time.  I just started crying I was so relieved to see her.  I thought my dad told me not to lose her and I did - he would never speak to me again and what if we couldn't find her.  I told her before we left that I should probably put a leash on her because she does tend to wander off!!  All is well now though.

Today is my daugher's birthday so I took her and my son, who was celebrating his birthday late, along with my younger daughter and my granddaughter, out to lunch.  I woke up late and we were meeting early so I had my protein decaf but no breakfast.  I will try and make up for it at some point.
B protein decaf coffee
L went to Chang's Mongolian grill and loaded up one bowl with chicken and beef and the other with vegetables.  I wound up eating most of the meat and a few bites of the vegetables.  I started with some egg flower soup.  I am still full.
S probably a protein bar or shake
D I haven't even thought about dinner yet.  Either taco casserole on a tostada with sour cream or maybe some of my butter chicken with cauliflower.
S sugar free fudgecicle
S protein shake or shake cake
S Live Active sugar free pudding
S almond butter
S may have some popcorn
