Good morning, Gina. DH, DD and DGD went out shopping at 11:30 last night...I went to bed. I have no idea when he got in. DD accidentally called my cell at 2:30am. Ugh.

My son and dil went out last night and wanted me to come. I just couldnt do it. I am not a shopper to begin with and the thought is just overwhelming to me to be rubbing elbows with such determined shoppers.
Sunny morning here, its supposed to warm up. I hope Buddy and I can hit the park for a good long walk. Got to work all weekend, so I am enjoying today as much as I can.

My niece last night was at walmart and she said people were getting physical!
Whats the matter people? These are just things! We dont need things, we need to show love by how we act, not what presents we buy!

I know money is tight, but I just dont understand.

 Just woke up 8 am Cali time...
Can't close my hands all the way...always a sign of too much salt and sugar and carbos...
I swell up like a balloon....just can't eat that way anymore...period....shocked at how little I can actually eat...filled my plate all the way and then some like a trooper....just for fun and not to look like I eat like a squirrel...which I do..lol....at a fraction of it and felt truly uncomfortable....then desert was impossible but I had some ....needless to say it was only one meal for me but felt like an ordeal for my pouch....today I will clean things up with much liquid protein and some greens later....
no plans...just a hot bath and perhaps a trip to the art store with my teen who is feeling artistic...
a nap later is not out of the question....have a great weekend all....SEAVIEW

I braved the Walmart last night at 10 pm, had to have the sheets and towels LOL.... I am that CRAZY Walmart Lady LOL. Mad house is a nice way of putting it, it was so bad I bought my cashier a 5 hr energy!!!
I of course did very well, I was able to have a bite of everything and even some pumpkin pie (very small sliver) Had a gentleman there who was 2 yrs out and OMG could he put some food away! I wondered about his plate but I kept my mouth shut LOL..Anyway im out going grocery shopping, veryone have a wonderful day

No problems last night.  I tried to eat a little more turkey then I usually do and I found out why it's not a good idea to push your limitations.  My dil, bless her heart, didn't have any healthier options other then a few sugar free pies for her grandpa but I don't care for pie anyway.  But the carrots and sweet potatoes (of course) had sugar in them.  I was hoping for some green beans or brocolli but it was no big deal.  I am glad I brought some food though or all I would have had was the turkey and mashed potatoes and gravy.
I thought about going to Walmart last night so I drove by there at about 9 to see what it was like and the parking lot was packed.  I have never seen that many cars there and they were lining up looking for parking places.  I didn't want to imagine what it would be like inside.  So I decided it wasn't worth risking life and limb to save a few bucks.  I have never shopped on black Friday and I guess last night wasn't my time to start.
I did log on to Walmart.com after midnight and was able to snag a few deals.  Many of the things I wanted sold out quick, some while they were still in my cart, which pissed me off because the website was very bogged down obviously so I didn't get my $2 food chopper or waffle maker but I did get a Ninja drink maker for $18 and a vacuum for $8 and some t shirts and pajamas for the grandkids for about $3 each.  The sheets sold out while I was trying to check out, too.  Oh well, I can't complain since I didn't have to stand in line or deal with any crazed people.  Oh, I got another blender for $8, too.  Between the blender and Ninja you can see I take my protein shakes seriously.

I feel great this morning.  I didn't overindulge and my scale rewarded me with 1/2 pound down this morning.  I suffer from day after syndrome so this weekend I have to eat carefully.  I have lots of salad fixins in my house along with dense protein so I'm good.

No shopping for me yet today.  I'm playing with my best friend today and if she wants to go shop, maybe we will.  I'll be able to count all the walking from the back 40 parking lots as exercise!  :)

Going to Zumba tonight to get in my sweat pouring exercise.
