 140 on the nose.
  Very happy to go into Thanksgiving at my leanest.
  Feeling good.
  Do need to drink more water as I don't feel as good as I should and I think dehydration is
  the culprit.
  Much to be thankful for.
  Hoping next Sunday is the same but not betting on it. LOL
  Happy Thanksgiving Lightweights.

Stayed the same - 185. Am on the size reducing side of the seesaw this week. Got into some size 16 pants I haven't worn for about 5 years and couldn't even zip a couple of weeks ago. Glad someone posted that the weight loss journey is a seesaw. Sometimes you lose weight and other times you lose inches. Helps to not obsess when the scale stays the same since I know I'm losing in another equally important area. Have a great week everyone!

Loving this week..keeping pretty steady at 124..last week I was up to 125 and I did bounce around in that range all week..but started some weight training with a trainer twice a week and over the past 3 weeks I have lost 1 inch in my waist, 2 inches in my bust, and one inch on my hips!! Im not even doing that much weight training either (like 20 mins each session) but its knowing what exercises to do I guess..very happy, this roll of fat I had on my stomach is finally going down..oh, and I bumped up my protein to about 100 grams a day..feel good. Going to try to get DH to report his loss, he is doing really good!

Total change + 2.4

Gained back what I lost last week.  I seem to be holding at right about 100.  Been here since Sept. so I guess I am maintaining.  At least I seem to have the maintenance part down.  Now to get up a few pounds.
