Had a great day with my sister at the driving competition.  Poppy and I won our class and our division, Hurray.  A good way to end my driving for a while when I am recoping,

Haven't totaled all this up but here is what I've had today

decaf protein coffee
2 eggs
portein bar
taco bake
lemon tea
roast beef, brocalli, salad
protein shake

Should be about 150 g of protein and 900-1000 calories.

That's awesome Price....Congratulations!!!  Does Poppy understand he/she won? 

There were a lot of horses in the parade today dressed up like reindeer.  There was even one who had pajama bottoms on.  Our little one lauged like crazy.  The 10 month old kept kicking her feet when she saw the horses and dogs.  I don't think I've ever seen her so excited.

I'm sure your total is as good as always!

She might not understand winning but she sure does love competing.  When we don't, I think she misses it.  And Chili seems very mad that I am taking her and not him.

Skipped lunch again.  It's just hard to get in all my meals and snacks.  I'm making up for it with another protein shake at least.

B protein oatmeal with butter and milk, banana
S Atkins Smore's protein bar
L missed
D taco casserole on tostada shell with sour cream
S sugar free fudgecicle
S Live Active sugar free pudding
S protein shake
S hot salted caramel cocoa
S homemade cashew butter with flax seeds

Made it to 1950 calories so all is good.
