today is my BIG appointment

Thanks for all the support.  I have a tentative surgery date of January 4, 2012.  Yeah!  Hopefully my insurance will approve me in  timely manner.  I did not get labs drawn as I had a bunch in September and they were on the low end of normal.  He did suggest I start my multivitamin now and stop 2 weeks prior to surgery.  I didn't ask why, I just went with it. I have another nutrition class 2 weeks prior to class so I figured I'd ask then.  The only thing I need to do is an ultrasound of my gallbladder.  He said he would take it out during my RNY if it's diseased or leave it alone if its normal.  Nice added benefit I think.  Overall, all went well. 

My insurance company (Triwest) might be a problem because I didn't go to the doctor for monthly visits during my weigh****chers experience.  However, my primary physician is writing a letter stating that I did visit the office reguarly and kept in touch by email.  Hopefully that will work.  I'll keep you posted!
