i put a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter in a bowl and melt it in the microwave, 25 sec or so, add 1 scoop of protein powder and a little SF syurp.  My favorites right now are cookies and cream protein and almondricco SF syurp but I also do chocolate caramel and salted caramel SF.  Then I put it in the freezer until it hardens back up, 10 to 15 min.  It is kind of like the center of a protein bar.  You could add some cereal or oatmeal to make balls but I just eat it plain.

Hi Roz.  Had a bad eating day...

I have to do something about my weight.  Its still creeping up... I was told today from a close friend I'm getting wide in the back (yes, one of those that can tell me anything...) and not in a mean way... 

B - 2 protein coffees
L - a cup of cream crab soup and 1/2 grilled cheese/tomato sandwich on wheat bread and a little cole slaw
D - turkey and dressing with gravy

Vits:  yes
Water:  not so good.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

oooh...that would hurt!   I think I'm getting wider in the back too but I've got so much loose skin there I think it spreads out....LOL.

Take that remark and prove em wrong!  You know what you have to do...dump the carbs and fats!!

Bad day today.  I was up all night sick.  I woke up late and missed breakfast.  I finally went to the doctor and of course they said it was a virus.  I have a feeling I need antibiotics but nothing I can do about it unless I don't get better by next week.  Oh, and I was 2 lbs down on the doctors scale :(
