Stayed up late watching the Packers last night--so no walk for me this AM.  Think I'll walk this evening then early to bed.

DS completed the San Antonio Rock N Roll marathon this weekend.  I am so proud of him.  He inspires me.  Thinking of a 10K--especially now that it's cooler outside.

B hard boiled egg
S protein coffee
L LF cottage cheese + sloppy jo without bun
S 1 oz cheese + 6 crackers
D not sure---have to check the freezer when I get home

ALL DAY at the hospital today going from one department to the next.  Now all I have to do is get there that day at 5am.  I took a protein bar and a RTD with me but expected to be able to get to the cafeteria for lunch but we went from one dept to the next.  There were snacks in the joint class and I had a granola bar but there really wasn't anything that I could eat for the snacks available. So I came home tired and hungry.  Carbs are way up because of the granola bar and it was one of the lower choices.

I'm glad you got all of that testing overwith.  I was shocked I handled the testing so well before my WLS because they usually panic me.  I must have wanted this surgery really bad.

It amazes me what bad choices our hospital has for food.  There isn't anything healthy.

WOW...53net carbs......that's what most of us have on a regular day....LOL  I'm sure tomorrow you will make up for it by eating all Protein.

I felt better today so I didn't go to the doctors.  My weight was back to 100 this morning so maybe the low weight was some kind of fluke.  I have been getting close to 2000 calories a day in, not as much work as I first thought, lol.

B protein decaf coffee, oatmeal with butter and milk, banana
L chicken, broccoli and cheese casserole, Nut Thins, Laughing Cow bleu cheese wedge
S Atkins Smore's protein bar
D steak, creamy mashed cauliflower with cheese, corn on the cob
S sugar free fudgecicle
S protein salted caramel hot cocoa
S Live Active sugar free pudding
S almond butter

I'm glad you are back up to the 100 mark.  You might be getting in 2000 calories but it looks like you are eating really healthy.

My low was 106 and I didn't feel good and I looked unhealthy at that weight.  It didn't as long though.  As soon as I added in calories the scales moved up 5 pounds rather quickly.

Thanks Roz.  I was feeling pretty good until this last week when I got sick.  I've gotten sick a few times in the last couple of months so I don't think my resistence is very high.  I seem to be getting better now.  I know I look unhealthy.  I hear about it a lot unfortunately.  Whenever I see someone I haven't seen for a while they ask if I am sick.
Since I am able to eat more comfortably and I haven't been dumping lately I feel that my bounce back will happen pretty soon here.

DH loves it but he only wants cheese and hamburger on it.   My girls do the same thing when their dad goes away.  Last week he (and SIL) went to Iowa hunting so DD and DGD stayed at our house and I made all of her favorites.  Their favorite meal is Scrambled Eggs, Tuna fish, Noodles and Butter.  The Son's in laws actually like it so they make it occassionally but it's always better when Mom makes it...so they tell me....LOL.

Sounds like a yummy menu!
