Hi Roz!  Sorry been MIA so long.

Ok - I've got an issue.  Don't want to call it a problem as I really don't mind it - but, my pouch has SHRUNK!  LOL... I just can't eat much.  Heck, yesterday I ordered a salad for lunch, at maybe 6 bites and dinner was 1 rib... a spoon of coleslaw and a spoon of baked beans.  This is strange.  Today is the same way.  Just NO hunger (yea!).

BUT - there's been sweets (cookies, donuts) and it hasn't stopped me from eating them.  Yesterday was 3 cookies spread over the day (bad bad me), today has been a donut.  I'm going really really try and stay away from the cookies today.

I'm traveling again and doing well with my vitamins and protein.  I brought my travel  mug with me and have a regular size coffee pot in my room, so I can make my protein coffee and take it with me.

B - 2 protein coffees
S - not quite a donut
L - 5 shrimp ****tail
D -

Vits:  yes
Water:  ok

I'm glad you are checking in Jody!  As long as you are feeling good and getting your Protein and vitamins in then take advantage of the lack of appetite.  I only seem to have to problem when I can't go to the bathroom.

I always have an appetite but I still can't eat very much at one time but then I feel hungry really quick.  I think I've fallen into the crazing trap.  I've been having trouble resisting sweets too.  I just broke off two small bites from a Eat n Park, Smiley Cookie.

I can edit posts that I answer but I can't edit the post that I start.  Sometimes it works at the office  if I try it a bunch of time, but it never works at home.

Did you change back to your other Profile picture?  I'm at home on AOL and I refreshed it but the new one isn't coming up.

I ate a small piece of pizza and then the hamburger topping.  I haven't had pizza for awhile so it tasted pretty good.

Menu sounds delicious!

I didn't change pictures.

I love pizza and remember when I could eat almost a whole one!!  One piece now and maybe some toppings and I'm through.

Hi Roz,
Plan on going Christmas shopping tonight with DD#1,  DDH has a school board meeting and will be home late .  I love it when she can help me pick out gifts for the grand kids (teenagers).  It's also nice to have some alone time with her.  Those days don't come around often enough with her busy work schedule and rushing kids to sporting events.  I haven't bought one Christmas present, but today I did buy Christmas bags, wrapping paper, and gift tins (for white chocolate toffee w/cashews).

Homemade spaghetti sauce in the crock pot and just pulled a chili relleno casserole out of the oven that I plan on freezing for future use (after I have a bit for lunch).

Protein:       Body Fortress choc 26 gr
Breakfast:  1/4 c Greek yogurt w/ peaches
Snack:        1/3 small apple, 1 T peanut butter
Protein:       Body Fortress choc 26 gr
Lunch:        1/4 c chili relleno casserole
Protein:       Body Fortress choc 26 gr
Snack:        2 wheat cracker, alloutte cream cheese
Dinner:       1/4 c Wendy's chili

I bought a few things for the two 3 yr. olds but I'm going to need suggestions for the older grandchildren.  The only person  I don't have trouble buying for is one of my sons-in-laws...he makes me a loooooong list....LOL.

Good Menu!
