Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

It's supposed to be in the 60's here today but it's almost 1:00pm and it's pretty chilly out.  At church today they had a chorus made up of young children from different countries.  Years ago when our girls were young we sponsored a child or family at Christmas but we decided it was time now to sponsor one every month.  We chose a Girl named Angel who is from the Philippines.  My LW Angels have been such an important part of my life that I  felt she was the perfect child for us to help.

Hi Roz,
Angel is surely blessed by your family sponsoring her.  What a nice thing for you to do.

We paid our granddaughter #1 (6 yrs old) for each mile she walked at school and told her she could donate her money to a needy girl or boy that is less fortunate than her.  She's very excite and has saved over $75 to date.  It's good to talk with our families about these types of things which makes us take a closer look at our own situation and realize how fortunate we all are.  Don't you agree?

Protein:  Body Fortress choc 26 gr
Breakfast:  1/3 egg w/moz cheese, 1 sl turkey bacon
Protein:  Body Fortress choc 26 gr
Lunch:    2 wheat crackers w/allouette cream cheese
Snack:   1/3 sm apple w/1 T peanut butter
Protein:  Body Fortress choc 26 gr
Dinner:   1/4 c Wendy's chili

Miles:  Working in the garage again today, built some cabinets w/DH.  Endless feat to clean out the garage enough to pull my car in after moving in.  We have way too much stuff! UGH!
