Hi Roz!!  Wow - that sounds like fun!  I don't do the grocery shopping, Tom does, so it wouldn't work so well for me.


B - 1 protein coffee, 1 egg, 1/2 piece of toast and 1 piece of link sausage
L/D - 1/2 quesadilla on wheat tortilla 

Hmm,,. doesn't seem like I ate much today... full tho
