The accountability factor is so important for long-term success. Also, this forum is so supportive, which is imperative for long-term maintenance.

Thank you again for posting this thread each week. I know it must take alot of your time.

New low :(  I'm going to add another protein bar.  That will bring me over 2100 calories a day.  I'll see my doctor in a few weeks and see where I am then.

Sounds like you are getting plenty of exercise Liz.  Hope you are going to share pictures with us when y'all are finished with the bath.  We hope to do ours one of these days!!

Last week 126
Today 127
+1 pound

Still in my range so I'm ok, but I probably should have gained more than 1 pound with everything I ate last week.  Got back on track yesterday.

Good for you, staying in range...that is hard work.

I know I am working muscles I hadn't before and according to my calculator, I'm behind again today...I've eaten 1276 calories (not adjusted for the DS), and burned 2300 calories today.

IF I adjusted for the DS, my 1276 calories would actually be 633 in a normal person.

No WONDER my body is holding on to everything!!!

It is a lot harder now than it was the first 2 years!!  Maintaining is a balancing act that I think might take some time to get used to...

I bet your body does think you are starving it and is going to hold on tight to any excess weight it has.  Hopefully one day you will wake up and will have dropped several more pounds since you are doing all this work.
