Last week 126
Today 127
+1 pound
Still in my range so I'm ok, but I probably should have gained more than 1 pound with everything I ate last week. Got back on track yesterday.
Linda
I know I am working muscles I hadn't before and according to my calculator, I'm behind again today...I've eaten 1276 calories (not adjusted for the DS), and burned 2300 calories today.
IF I adjusted for the DS, my 1276 calories would actually be 633 in a normal person.
No WONDER my body is holding on to everything!!!

I bet your body does think you are starving it and is going to hold on tight to any excess weight it has. Hopefully one day you will wake up and will have dropped several more pounds since you are doing all this work.
