I've been exercising for an hour 7 days a week but skipped a couple of days this past week because I wasn't feeling well.  It's nice to know that I still lost weight and maybe I don't have to work out EVERYDAY to loose weight.  My DH keeps telling me it's okay to take a break.  I have to admit I feel guilty when I don't exercise.  However, I'd like to think cleaning the house from top to bottom is exercise too :)

Last week:  177.4
This week:  174.5
Loss:               3 lbs.

Good week for me.

Cleaning house IS exercise in my book...you don't have to do gym type stuff to be exercising.

Great going, Elizabeth

Last week  114
This week  115

Within my bounce range so I am happy.  I went up a couple of pounds from surgery but have been 115 for a couple of days now, swelling is almost gone.

Liz, that is what happened to me until I started increasing my calories to stop loosing weight..then my body was like whoa okay your not starving me and it started dropping weight left and right..I had some big looses after I had reached goal weight..might want to try to increase your calories and see what happens..I had a 4 pound GAIN this week but I am back to my goal of 125 so I am happy about that..I know I didn't consume 7,000 calories extra and gain 4 pounds of fat so I know its an artifical high due to the TOM but im not still not really happy about that much of a gain..now I just need to stop and I will be happy.

Aspan, I hope you're right...problem is, I already feel like I am eating all the time (I'm not but it certainly feels that way). I'll see if I can increase my intake somewhere.

As long as your gain is still within your limit and can be explained, it will be okay.

Maybe, you're not eating enough for the amount of activity that you are doing. Sometimes the muscles hold on to water after strenuous activity. At least, that seems to be the case with me at times. Also, your weight is getting lower, so maybe that has something to do with it. Perhaps, it is just a normal weight fluctuation? My weight certainly does that.

All three could be happening at the same time too...

I'm gonna try increasing my fluid intake and protein to see if that helps.

Last week: 108.2 lbs

This week: 109.6 lbs

Increase 1.4 lbs.

Well, I am eating more, but I am continuing to exercise, including weights. Six hours last week. I think, it is the normal fluctuation that my body seems to do. I might increase my cardio a bit, since that area could be better. I'll continue to keep an eye on it.  The Sunday weigh-in is very helpful
