Menus and Miles Monday Nov. 14th
I am so behind on my eating today. I just had my lunch at about 4:30. I've been sick and couldn't sleep last night so I slept in today and didn't get up until around noon. I don't know how I'm going to get everything in but here is the plan.
B protein decaf coffee, oatmeal with butter and milk, banana
L ricotta bake, Nut Thins, Laughing Cow bleu cheese wedge
S Atkins Smore's protein bar
D butter chicken, creamy mashed cauliflower with cheese
S sugar free fudgecicle
S hot protein salted caramel cocoa
S Live Active sugar free pudding
S almond butter
I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to see if I have a sinus infection or what.

Hi Roz and everyone!
Very, very stressful day! Also, trying to fight off migraine (which I don't have as much as I used to since surgery).
I found today how easy it would be to fall in bad habits. I will be back on track tomorrow, but wanted to report in what I did today.
Breakfast - Slim-fast low carb drink 20 gms protein
Lunch - out with family - chips & salsa, fajita salad (only could eat small amount)
Dinner - left over fajita salad
Snacks - isopure tea - 40 gms
milk
atkins bar
apple with peanut butter on it
popcorn
See - I snacked so very much!!! My NUT doesn't want us to snack at all, but I told them that I need one snack - esp. when I'm working 12 hrs.
