So here I am now! (1 year pics)
It has been a little over a year and WOW, what a difference a year can make! I feel like a new person...off all meds ( I was on quite a few), healthier, happier, more confident....the list goes on and on! I would still like to lose down a few more pounds, but I am sure that will happen in time.
I have learned so much from all of you and my journey has been easier because of the knowledge you all have shared. I feel so lucky that it all worked out for me and blessed that it was as planned with no complications.
Best of luck to all of you starting this journey and thank you so much to those that have so willingly shared your experiences.
