This if my Friday...YEAH! How many of you have off for Veterans Day
I couldn't find any thin boneless pork chops for dinner last night so I bought some thick ones. They were actually more tender than the thin ones and I was able to eat a whole one. After about an hour I remembered why I don't eat much dense Protein....I hate that fullness feeling! I know that's how we are suppose to feel so we stay full and don't overeat but I just don't like feeling like that.

I so understand your horray! When DH was gone last week I was really looking forward to staying up late reading and catching up on some of the shows I've been taping but DD#1 and DGD decided they were staying with me and sleeping in my bed. I didn't get to stay up a single night!

I have to work tomorrow. We have staff development all day tomorrow. Hopefully we will get off a little early. It will be a long day for some of us because we have to get there early to set everything up.
