Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

I couldn't find any thin boneless pork chops for dinner last night so I bought some thick ones.  They were actually more tender than the thin ones and I was able to eat a whole one.  After about an hour I remembered why I don't eat much dense Protein....I hate that fullness feeling!  I know that's how we are suppose to feel so we stay full and don't overeat but I just don't like feeling like that.

Each day I feel better.  Hopefully I will be able to drive Poppy by Sunday.  I want to do a competition with her on the 19th.  Trying to squeese in as much fun as possible before my knee surgery.

My guys leave tomorrow for State Golf Special Olympics.  I'll have to house to myself for a few day, hurray.  I'm always happy to have them back but enjoy my time alone.

I'm glad you are feeling a little better.  You are a busy woman so it's probably hard for you to relax.

I so understand your horray!  When DH was gone last week I was really looking forward to staying up late reading and catching up on some of the shows I've been taping but DD#1 and DGD decided they were staying with me and sleeping in my bed.  I didn't get to stay up a single night!

Awesome again today!!!

I have to work tomorrow.  We have staff development all day tomorrow.  Hopefully we will get off a little early.  It will be a long day for some of us because we have to get there early to set everything up.

I don't even know if I can remember everything I ate today.  I did horrible today.
