hair loss

Had my surgery on july 8th.Starting weight day of surgery was 195.Today I am 155.I am over 4 months out and have not experienced any hair loss.Am I in the clear or have others experienced it after this point?Mostly everythin I have read says it starts around month 3 or 4.

I thought I had dodged the bullet but oh no.  Mine started later and although I have some growing back, it is still dreadfully thin.  I think I was more like 6 months before it really started and I am still losing some but it isn't handfuls now (don't have handfuls left). I've taken 10mg of Bioten daily since before the surgery and it didn't seem to help.  I've nevr had a problem getting my protein in.

I had a double dose of falling out but I am an exception. For my WLS it was at least 4mo before it started.

mine started falling out at 4 months..and kept falling out for about 2 months.  Started coming back at around 8 months out.. most came back except in one little spot.

I'm at 3 months, and for the last couple of weeks, I've been losing a lot.  Before that, nothing.
